When can I expect to receive my order?
All wreaths will be delivered the week of Thanksgiving. All other merchandise can be delivered at the same time or at your earliest convenience. Some items we have for immediate delivery, other items may take a week in ordering. Please indicate if you have a specific timeframe to adhere to or if at Thanksgiving will work for you. We will do our best to meet any timeline that you may have.
I missed the wreath order deadline, can I still order?
If you are looking to order a wreath, after November 1st the selection will be more limited. The wreaths are handmade in Oregon therefore we need to place a firm order by November 1st in order to receive the wreaths by Thanksgiving. Our website will be updated with accurate quantities after November 1st so that you know if a wreath is sold out or not.
Can I get home delivery in my town?
Free home delivery is offered to the public within the New Trier Township area (Glencoe, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Wilmette, Northfield) and Highland Park. If you live outside this area but would still like to order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Friends and family of Troop 28 scouts are welcome to make their own delivery arrangements.
Items purchased from the Friends site cannot be shipped!
I’m not ready to pre-order my wreath. Can I still buy a wreath?
Our wreaths are custom-assembled in Oregon, therefore pre-orders are necessary to ensure delivery by Thanksgiving. In order to allow for best selection we recommend ordering by November 1st. After this date, we will have only limited quantities of some of the wreaths we offer.
I made a mistake in my order, what do I do?

For national gift cards, if you ordered the wrong card and the card you received has not yet been used, we should be able to swap it for the correct card. NOTE: around the holiday season, the national gift card vendor gets backlogged, so we cannot guarantee that replacement cards will be received in time for the holidays. There may be an option to order digital eCards as a substitute in this case, depending on the desired retailer.
Local gift cards can be swapped through December 14th. (??)
For candles, we are able to swap your order for any available in-stock item.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If we made a mistake, we will do our best to correct it or you will be refunded in full. Please note that wreaths are custom ordered so if we are unable to fill your wreath order with the item your ordered or with an acceptable substitute, we will refund your payment.

When refunds are issued, our payment processor still charges us the credit card processing fee, so unless we make a mistake on your order or your item is damaged, all sales are final and non-refundable, though we will do our best to a honor reasonable exchange request.
